Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Medical Assistance Office on Bo. Las Flores, Rio Grande: Where the employees works doing their tasks, were observed leaks spots in the acustic roof from which in rainy days the water falls into the floor. Hazard: The acustic roof fall and hit the employees. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is seal the roof to avoid the leak problems. En la Oficina de Asistencia Medica en Bo. Las Flores, Rio Grande: Donde los empleados trabajan realizando sus tareas, se observaron manchas en el techo acustico de las cuales en dias lluviosos el agua cae en el piso. Riesgo: El techo acustico se desprenda y golpee los empleados. Entre otros metodos, un metod de correccion apropiado y acceptable para corregir este riesgo es sellar el techo para evitar los problemas de filtraciones.
