The employees had to walk over the gap while they were unloading the aircraft. The plataform was at aproximately 12 of heigth from the ground. The operation was conducted at the Ramp of the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to replace the plataform front rubber.
