Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The
employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death or physical harm to employees, in that employees
were exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no proveyo
empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que puedan causar
muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban
expuestos a:
Employees exposed to slips and falls.  At  Concilio de Salud Integral de
Loiza, Inc., in one of the
pediatric offices: Where the doctors examine the patients, was observed a
leak spot in the acoustic
roof of the office from which in rainy days the water fall to the floor,
wetting it.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is repairing the
leaks.
Empleados expuestos a resbalones y caidas.  En el Concilio de Salud
Integral de Loiza, Inc., en una
de las oficinas pediatricas: Donde los doctores examinan los pacientes, se
observo una mancha de
filtracion en el techo desde la cual en dias lluviosos cae el agua al
piso, mojandolo.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo apropiado y aceptable para corregir este
riesgo es reparando las
filtraciones.
