Sun Construction Group, S.P. was the prime contractor in the construction
having A&E Group
working at the site under a contract.
At the second floor of the Escorial Office Building I, under construction,
A&E Group
employees were observed installing precast walls by the edge, at a height
of 11 feet from the
lower level, and these employees wore body harness hanging loose from
their body, in
contradiction of the Fall Arrest System instructions.
Hazard: Fall, employees being pinched by the harness and impact by loose
harness.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to wear the harness snug to the body.

I, empleados de
A&E Group fueron observados instalando paredes prefabricadas al lado de un
borde, a una
altura de 11 pies sobre el nivel inferior, y estos empleados usaban
sueltos sus arnes, en
contradiccion a las instrucciones del sistema de proteccion contra caidas.
Riesgo: Caida, que los empleados se pinchen con el arnes o reciban un
impacto del arnes
suelto.
Entre otros metodos de correcion un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este riesgo es
utilizar el arnes ajustado al cuerpo.
