Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employee exposed to radiation leaks due to that the employer did not provided a dosimeter to verify exposure to radiation levels. At the San Juan CERAP (Edificio FAA), located on Road 190 #5000, Carolina: employees were observed using an X-ray machine trademark HI-Scan PS 5030-S (X-ray Inspection System) to verify all package that are going to the FAA Building. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is give a dosimeter to each employee. Empleados expuestos a escapes de radiacion debido a que el patrono no proveyo un dosimetro para verificar exposicion a niveles de radiacio. En el San Juan CERAP (Edificio FAA) localizado en la Carr. 190 #5000, Carolina: empleados se observaron utilizando una maquina de rayos-X marca HI-SCAN PS 5030-S (X-ray Inspection System) para verificar todos los paquetes que entren al Edificio FAA. Entre otros metodos, un metodo apropiado y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es darle un dosimetro a cada empleado.
