regulation and other occupational safety and health rules and regulations
promulgated under

A. Employer knew or should have known that employees working in
cooler/freezer room
were exposed to cold should the door become closed unexpectedly.  A
feasible and useful
method to correct this hazard, among other methods, is to install a safety
latch on the inside
of cooler door.
