employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely
to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
(a) On the lumber yard, an employee drop started his 24 inch long bar
Homelite
power chain saw, serial number HQ2280513, before using it to cut some 9
1/4 inch
wide LVL beam materials, exposing him to a possible serious injury.
"One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct
this
hazard is to instruct and train the operators to always follow the
manufacturers
instructions on properly starting the power chain saw."
