North Carolina General Statute 95-129 (1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)production area, employer failed to provide fall protection for those employees working above 6 feet on dye tanks. Note:Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to provide employees with a rolling platform with locking wheels and a standard rail system.
