North Carolina General Statute 95-129 (1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a)warp rack, employer failed to ensure that warp stored on the rack had the safety pins in place. Note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is instruct employees to put the safety pins in.
