North Carolina General Statute 95-129 (1) of the Occupational
Safety and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not
furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a
place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees:
(a)platform dyeing area, employer failed to have the
monorail systems used by employees load tested prior to
initial use.
(b)floor dyeing area, employer failed to have underhung
crane used by employees load tested prior to initial use.
Note:Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable
abatement method to correct this hazard is to have
all monorail systems and underhung cranes load
tested.
