KRS 338.031(1)(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: a. On August 28th, 1997, at the Demia Way worksite in Florence, Ky. employees of T.W. Construction were placing 71 foot trusses using a temporary bracing design and materials which were insufficient for this size of truss according to manufacturers instructions.
