paper rolls, that were not securely wedged, became loose. The load shifted
and struck an employee, on or about 10/27/97.
Abatement note:  One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among
others, to correct
this hazard is to ensure that the paper rolls are properly and securely
wedged.y
