hoist.
One feasible and acceptable means of abatement, among others, is
to perform periodic inspections during the intervals indicated as
stipulated in ANSI B30.16-1981, article 16-2.1.3

One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to
correct this hazard is to equip hooks with latches as stipulated
by ANSI B30.16-1981, Chapter 16-1, Section 16-1.2, Article
16-1.2.9
