device not
being used, thereby exposing the employee to serious injury as a result of
entrapment
of the operator's head and/or torso between the truck and the ground in
the event of a
tipover.
ABATEMENT:  One feasible means of abatement, among others, is to enforce
the usage of
seat belts on all forklifts equipped with them.
ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
