IC 22-8-1.1 Section 2: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Equipment Yard - the Red Boom Truck,Indiana License Plate Number 512U, had a damaged step used by employees to dismount from the bucket, creating a fall hazard. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to replace the bent step with a new step.
