IC 22-8-1.1 Section 2: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) Entrance to M Furnace Melt Area (Next To Air Compressor Room) - molten metal burns in that a 20 ounce bottle half full of Mountain Dew was sitting next to the entrance of the furnace room in violation of the written plant safety policy to never allow such items out of the employee break room.
