Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer failed to provide a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: An employee working from the JLG Model #4011 aerial lift at Caton Crest Commons was exposed to injuries from falls due to the lack of fall protection as required by the American National Standards Insitiute (ANSI A92.5 - 1992) Standard for Boom - Supported Elevating Work Platforms.
