Safety and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not
furnish to each of his employees  conditions of employment and a
place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees, in that employees were exposed to:
1)Migrant labor camp site workers are exposed to live
electrical wires as fuse box does not have a protective
cover to prevent contact with electricity.
One acceptable and effective method of abatement is to
install an electrical fuse box cover over the fuse box in
kitchen.
