the inside, even when
locked in the following instances:
a.At the walk-in refrigerator in the production area, the refrigerator
door was not
capable of being opened from the inside when the eye/hook fastener was
locked.
The door was held shut with an eye/hook type fastener which could not be
undone by employee(s) inside the refrigerator unit.
b.At the walk-in refrigerator in the new finish area, the refrigerator
door was not
capable of being opened from the inside when the hasp lock was fastened.
The door could be held shut with a hasp style lock, which could not be
undone
by employee(s) inside the refrigerator unit.
This condition exposed employees to the hazard of cold exposure
(hypothermia).
Feasible abatement methods could include but are not limited to the
following:

times.
