(b) Identification - a nameplate or other means shall be affixed permanently displaying the manufactures name, serial number, lifter number and rated load. a)facility, at Marshall Phelps hoist - below the hook lifting devices did not have the rated load markings along with a permanent identification plate or markings to show the manufactures name, serial number and lifter weight.
