North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a)jobsite; Applebee's Gastonia - The employer did not develop site safety programs that would direct employees on what safety practices to follow while working with vehicular traffic. NOTE:One feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to develop and implement site safety procedures to follow while operating vehicles on construction sites.
