North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) machine room -- the employer had not enforced a written procedure for employees to follow when entering the area of the size press to remove broke on paper machine number two. One feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is for the employer to enforce the lockout procedure as specified in the job safety analysis when employees enter the area of the size press to remove broke on paper machine number two.er
