working out of a Snorkelift (s/n 9535651295) Self Propelled Aerial Work
Platform.  This
condition last existed on August 13, 1998.
Among other methods, one feasible and useful method to correct the hazard
is to develop,
implement and enforce a work rule such as stipulated in American National
Standards
Institute A92.5-1992 "American National Standard for Boom-Supported
Elevating Work
Platforms."
8.3(g) - Ensure all personnel in the platform are wearing fall protection
devices and other
safety gear as required at all times.
