Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970; The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards which were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing landscaping activities out of the bucket of a moving Case Front End Loader: a) At 355 Burgundy St., Highlands Ranch, CO: Greenland Landscape Services, Inc., employees were exposed to injuries in that, employees were performing landscaping activities out of a bucket of a moving Case Front End Loader. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazardous condition would be to follow manufacturer's recommendations. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
