on the step of a John Deer 210 4X4 serial #T0210CE783986  front end loader.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazardous condition would be to train on operation criteria for employees
on the proper place
for employees to ride equipment as to prevent possible employees being run
over by
equipment.
