had
defective grab iron.  2) Foundry track - Rail car #A2255 had defective
brake
platform and defective fixed ladder.  3) Foundry track - Rail car #A2322
had
defective brake platform.  4) Main yard - Rail car #A2355 had defective
foot sill,
a defective ladder rung, and a defective brake platform.  5) Main yard -
Rail car
#A2199 had a defective foot sill and missing cut lever.  6) Main yard -
Rail car
#A2278 had a defective foot sill.  7) Main yard - Rail car #A2302 had
defective

insure that defective appliances are identified and repaired.

brakes.  3) Not facing the direction of travel when riding railroad
equipment.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method would
include, but would not be limited to:  Enforce switch crew operating rules
to
include safety requirements as outlined in ACIPCO'S PROGRAM FOR SAFETY
manual, Section B, General Yards Department.
