Safety and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not
furnish to each of his employees  conditions of employment and a
place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees, in that employees were exposed to:

electrical wires as electrical light at privy is of
substandard height and construction.
One acceptable and effective method of abatement is to
contact the local electrical company and have them
install an electrical security light of proper height
and construction.
