North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to: a)Migrant labor camp sites workers are exposed to live electrical wires as electrical refrigerator has no proper path to ground. In addition exterior of camp has exposed live electrical wiring on exposed hot water heater.. One acceptable and effective method of abatement is to install three prong plug on the refrigerator. In addition repair opening on exterior of house preventing contact with electricity at the exposed hot water heater.
