North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational
Safety and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not
furnish to each of his employees  conditions of employment and a
place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees, in that employees were exposed to:
1)Migrant labor camp sites workers are exposed to live
electrical wires as electrical fuse box has gaps with exposed live
electrical parts.  In addition kitchen of
camp has exposed vent fan with moving parts.
One acceptable and effective method of abatement is to
install blank spacers in fuse box.  In addition a shield
or guard should be installed on both sides of ventilation
fan in kitchen preventing contact with moving parts.
