Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that: On the Wallace 1-35 lease in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma on January 12, 2000, employee(s) were exposed to being struck by an assembly of needle valves, a bull plug and a pressure gauge that was subjected to natural gas pressure. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to restrict access to the trajectory of potential projectiles. ***Certification and Documentation of Abatement Required***on
