an employee was observed spray painting the post of an
advertisement board approximately 15 feet high while standing
in the bucket of a John Deere (790D - LC) excavator.
Feasible Abatement:
(1)  Prohibit employees from standing in the bucket
of machines; and
(2)  Provide and use appropriate manlifts.
