Section 5(a)(1) of Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to: medical mismanagement. (a)Woodville and/or Natchez jobsites - An employee who was injured on April 25, 1998 and placed on restricted duty by his doctor since that time, was returned to full duty without a release from his doctor. or in the alternative 29 CFR 1904.2(a): Recordable injuries and illnesses were not recorded on the log and summary within six working days of information that a recordable injury has occurred. (a)Woodville and/or Natchez Jobsites - The injury of an employee which occurred on 1/11/00 was not recorded on the OSHA 200 Form.
