KRS 338.031(1)(a): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: a. The Lewis Machine Co. 11-F Travel Cut in line #2 jerked the steel tubing off of a spool exposing employees working and walking in the aisleway to being struck by the tube.
