A.  Employer knew or should have known that employees working underneath a
Hochrainer
hydraulic bushing press, Serial No. 95137, supported by two hydraulic
jacks were exposed to
the hazard of the load falling onto the employees.  A feasible and useful
means of abatement,
among others, is to use a hydraulic jack which doesn't require employees
to place any part of
their body under the suspended load.
