T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to hazards created by working on an elevator without following proper lock out procedures. "Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method would be to follow all Lock- out/Tag-out procedures as outlined in the "Elevator Industry Field Employees' Safety Handbook."
