MN Stat. 182.653 subd.2: The employer did not furnish to each employee,
conditions of
employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which
caused or were
likely to cause death or serious injury to employees; specifically:
In the UHT Room, a water station used to generate steam, did not function
properly.
When the valve was in the off position, steam was coming out of the hose
while
attached to the unit.  The hose was pressurized and very hot. The steam
that
traveleled from the boiler to the line was unregulated at 125 psi.
