a.  Provide a design from a design professional licensed in the State of
Ohio to perform
construction design work.
b.  Apply for a building permit with local building authorities to ensure
compliance with
applicable local construction codes.
c.   Ensure that the construction is accomplished by an experienced
construction professional.
d.  Provide fall protection equipment and training to employees on the
applicable fall protection
