Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) 4832 Industrial Access Rd, Douglasville: Employees of this employer are exposed to the hazard of injuries from the collapse of the structure which they work in. Structural members are broken and the whole structure is unsound and subject to failure. One feasible means of abatement would be: Hire a structural engineer or architect to design a new structure. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
