were exposed to the following conditions:
(a)Camp Logan Cement Works, Inc., frequent and periodic inspections were
not being conducted on hoists such as the AC PAD hoist, the Weld Shop
hoist, the Car Stop Core Station hoist, and the Step 1 hoist.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement is to place load
limit on the hoists and conduct frequent and periodic inspections of the
hoists in
accordance to the guidance from ANSI B30.16.
