Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.134(i)(7): The employer did not provide high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarms (or both), for oil-lubricated compressors, used to provided breathing air for in-line air-purifying respirators: (a)American Fabrication Spray Area - On or about 2 December 1999, and at times prior thereto, the Coleman Power Mate compressor (serial # W3280457/model # CL0502713) was not equipped with a high-temperature or carbon monoxide alarms to prevent carbon monoxide in the breathing air from exceeding 10 parts-per-million (ppm). Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for this item.
