(B)Lard Room:  On 7 December 1999, and at times prior thereto, the Dayton

ton electric chain hoist was not inspected on a frequent and periodic
basis in
accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)
Safety Standards for Cableways, Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Hooks, Jacks, and
Slings, ASME B30.16b-1995, paragraphs 16-2.2.1.2 and 16-2.2.1.3.
