Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to fall a hazard of approximately 25 feet while working from the top guardrail of an unsecured elevated work platform on the forks of an powered industrial truck. Among feasible means of abatement would be to comply with ANSI/ASME Standard B56.1-2000 Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks, paragraph 4.17 Elevating Personnel. NO CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
