North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety
and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish to
each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of
employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees:

(a)establishment, monorails used by employees had not been
load tested prior to initial use.
Note:Among other methods, one feasible and
acceptable abatement method to correct this
hazard is to have all monorails load tested.
