North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety
and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish to
each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of
employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees:
a)facility; throughout such as the Scrap Area - cranes such
as the wall crane with the Dayton Hoist  had not been
load tested.
Note:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable
abatement method to correct this hazard is to load
test all cranes in the facility

hook lifting devices such as the spreader bar attached to
the 5 Ton Overhead Crane have not been load tested or
inspected.

abatement method to correct this hazard is to conduct an
inspection and load test on all below the hook lifting
