North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a)facility; 4160 final test - 14 Aro hoists monorail systems have not been load tested. b) facility; Boxing - Aro 1/2 ton hoist floor mounted jib crane has not been load tested. c) facility; 4T65E final test - Aro 1/2 ton hoist floor mounted jib crane has not been load tested. d) facility; Load line disassembly - Aro 1/2 ton hoist floor mounted jib crane has not been load tested. e) facility; Car test - 2 - 1/2 ton Aro hoists monorail systems have not been load tested. f) facility; Spray paint booth - 300 pound Aro hoist monorail system has not been load tested. g) facility; Case Prep - Aro 1/2 ton hoist floor mounted jib crane has not been load tested.
