North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a)facility, framing area--under-the-hook lifting devices were not marked with the rated load rating. Reference:ANSI B30.20-1985; Section 20-1.2; Paragraph 20-1.2.1 NOTE:Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement of this hazard is to determine the maximum weight each lifting device can carry and mark each one with the appropriate maximum weight.

NOTE:Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method is to instruct and prevent employees from working/walking on the wooden pallet and converyor system.or
