KRS 338.031 (1): Each employer shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: a. The employer did not completely devise emergency procedures and provide Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) adequate for ALL potential known hazards during isolation of and securing of gas leaks for the #3 Coke Oven Battery basement.
