Maryland:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of
employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees:

Condition:An unauthorized employee was on the crane's
bridge while it was in operation.
Anong other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement
to correct this hazard is to establish, implement, and enforce safe
work rules for working around cranes.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of
programs, training certification, etc.) is required for this
