Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish a workplace of employment which was free of recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On or about February 14, 2000, at the above located workplace, employees used a walk- in cooler which could not be opened from the inside. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazard of being trapped inside the cooler.
