ORS654.010: The employer did not furnish a place of employment which was safe and healthful for employees, and did not do every other thing reasonably necessary to protect the life, safety, and health of the employees: (a) The controlling employer at 525 SE Marion Street in the Sellwood district, Coach Custom Homes LLC, did not provide Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters at all temporary electric service points, exposing all job site employees to 120VAC electrical shock hazards in wet conditions. IN THE ALTERNATIVE 29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: (a) Coach Custom Homes LLC, the controlling employer at 525 SE Marion Street in the sellwood district, did not provide Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters at all temporary electric service points, exposing all job site employees to 120VAC electrical shock hazards in wet conditions. THIS VIOLATION WAS COMPLIED WITH AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
